The first cold day with sunshine this winter. Temperature went down to -8°C  / 17,6°F.
There are frost on the window and I am visible with the lake Näsnaren behind me. This is the corner of the tower and there is another window frame visible in the room reflecting itself.
The lake was covered with ice this day.

This is a good day. From now on the sun will be with us a little longer each day. And it is also Christmas week. I wish you all a great holiday with friends and family.

I spent a day at Lake Kvismaren with a friend. As we were heading for a birding tower I spotted this young cow. I took some shots as I think it had a fun white pattern on it´s head. :)  They are the workers who keep the land open.

This is a blue, or maybe, a purple, waterlily from my trip to Queensland. They grew in many ponds in the northern part of the country.

Now, I realised next week we will be in the middle of Christmas And then there is NEw Year. . So I decided to let Blo-Ma have christmas too.

Next Blo-Ma will be open January 6th.

I think this one is some kind of lily. It was the first thing I spotted as I opened the curtain one morning in a hotel in Scotland. Raindrops, yes, but the morning sun shares some light.
