Winter horses

These sturdy horses has no covers on. But they don´t need it. They have warm coats of there own. Especially the last one. It looks almost curly. The door to the barn stays open so they can go inside for cover if needed.  One of them are eating from the fir, something I have not seen before.

We got a little bit ow wet snow for a change. Made a beautiful coat on this Corkscrew hazel outside our Library. I think the fence made a great backdrop this day.

Welcome to NF Tree n Bushes meme.

 I have always liked trees and have lots of them in my files that I never got around to post. I assume that many of you have it too. So, for this meme is not about running around taking shots today. You can as well dig in your files for those gems never posted. Trees and bushes comes in many shapes and forms and they look different as the year go by. Many of them has flowers and are showing autumn colors. They change always.

A new mushroom, or what?

I did see this one in the forest yesterday morning. Looked really cool and from a distance I thought it was a winter mushroom. If something like that exists.

NOTE!
The coming Friday I am going to Japan for two weeks. I am leaving the linky open until I get back and will close it then. So, you know that when the linky is closed I am back home. And during my absence you can linkup new posts whenever you wish.

Have fun for a while without me. When I´m back I will have some snowy trees from Japan to share. Hm, wonder if one can tell the difference? There will be no blooming cherry trees for sure. Wrong time of year.
