Indian Mongoose - Herpestes javanicus - Mungo

Those guys are from Asia to begin with but introduced to many countries. Mainly  to catch snakes and insects I assume. They seem to eat about everything, and from my images, I believe they do. These guys are working a beach in Oahu where I visited last year.

  4. Nosy little creatures, aren't they? I think I would feel a little safer outdoors with them around. Nice shots of them!
