This year the town has built several outdoor workout stations. This one is close to a home for elderly. Maybe they thought it would be great for them to strengthen their muscles. But instead the youth takes advantage of it. Which, of course, is a good thing.

These outdoor gyms are spring up all over. I have seen a mixture of ages using them.

ReplyDeleteTaking advantage of the sports facilities is good for the thought, but for the elderly it might not really easy for the body. hahaha. Going out and walking is already a chore, how much more is exercising!
