Your own power plant - Egen Els parken

This is a place in my town where you can buy your own powerplant. Or rent one for what you need for your house or business. It is a place for producing Green Power. They have built a lot of new ones this summer. The red one, among others, is new. Seems to be some kind of wind power plant.

ReplyDeleteI am all for going green! It makes for a colorful landscape. Great shot!
ReplyDeleteI wonder what happens when they are covered in snow in winter? We have many remote places totally powered by solar panels as well as private houses that are totally self-sufficient in their power and water needs as well as recycling their waste.
ReplyDeleteAn interesting concept to have such a supermarket approach to solar power.
An interesting shot indeed.
Fantastic.
ReplyDeleteArija, they have been there for a few years ans so far I have not heard about any problems with the snow.
