I have been away for 4 days. I went down to Öland. An island in the south part of Sweden just outside the coast. To get there you have to pass a bridge from the mainland to Öland. It´s a 6h drive to get there and my back don´t really like it.
Arriving at the south point you first enter a large area where animals, (cattle, sheep and deer) walk freely. So you have to drive carefully. There are birds on the road as well of course. But the cows and the sheep are the worst ones. They just stop on the road just looking back at you. Just moving at their own pace.

ReplyDeleteYour photo's look very nice.
All the best Jan
Hello, looks like a fun place to go birding. I saw a similar place in Florida with the cattle roaming around freely. Great captures, I like the view in the last photo. Thanks so much for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots of cattle and deer.
ReplyDeleteWe have a wildlife refuge near us that is like that, only it's zebras and ostrich on the road, lol! I hope your back is doing better. Have a wonder-filled weekend!
ReplyDeleteGreat close-up view of the cattle!
ReplyDeleteLovely!
ReplyDeleteThose cows and sheep on the road ensure your pace is slow and easy. Love the view of the cattle.
