This is a costume from a celebration we have about the saint Lucia as The queen of light. It is close to winter solar solstice and Lucia is the bringer of light. This particular one is held in our library.

I think this one is some kind of lily. It was the first thing I spotted as I opened the curtain one morning in a hotel in Scotland. Raindrops, yes, but the morning sun shares some light.
